The refractory material x-ray real-time image system is a NDT equipment which applied to series of products of water gap, cast in refractory material trade. It can show the state inside the detected one high-efficiently and clearly. The whole system is consist of x-ray generator, image strengthening unit, monitor mechanical drive, electric control, plumbous shielding room, image process system, etc. The sensitivity of flaw detection of the whole machine is accurate and easy to operate. It is suitable for flaw detecting in batches. In the mechanical movement, The upper and lower movement of the X-ray generator and the work pieces' rotation use the frequency conversion controlling, which guarantee the flaw detection result greatly.
